Marketing Manager Preferences:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or business development.

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

  • The ability to lead projects under pressure.


Key responsibilities:

  • Developing marketing strategies and plans. You will analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

  • Overseeing marketing campaigns. You will create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency with the brand image and targeting the Intravascular market.

  • Contributing to product development and new product launches. In this role, you will collaborate with product development teams, provide insights into market demands, and contribute to the successful launch of new products.

  • Managing budgets and resources. You must be financially savvy, as you’ll be responsible for budget allocation and ensuring effective use of resources to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.

  • Contributing to long-term business initiatives and goals. Playing a strategic role in aligning marketing efforts with long-term business initiatives and goals ensures sustained growth and success.


Essential Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in online marketing areas such as social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) are essential. You also need to know how to use digital analytics tools for data-driven decision making.

  • You will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance. You will use data analysis tools to gain actionable insights.

  • Strong organizational skills are needed to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. You must have experience in using project management tools to ensure campaigns are on time and successful.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant MarTech solutions are key. Additionally, this role requires being adept at using AI solutions for efficient campaign execution and analysis.

  • Graphic design skills. A basic understanding of graphic design principles is required for content creation and development. Collaboration with design teams and agencies creates visually appealing marketing materials.


Essential soft skills:

  • Strong communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to present campaigns and collaborate with other teams. The ability to write compelling and clear messaging for a range of diverse audiences is also a plus.

  • Creativity. The ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns creates marketing content that the target audience can relate to. Marketing managers must be open to new ideas and approaches to keep marketing strategies fresh and engaging.

  • Adaptability. You must have the flexibility to adapt to changing market trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics. Additionally, you need the ability to pivot strategies based on any changes in the industry.

  • Problem-solving. You will identify challenges and come up with solutions that work. They think one step ahead to address any potential issues that may arise.
